Christmas Pic's

On Christmas Eve we all got dressed up to go to the Christmas Eve Service at church and then headed over to Scott's parents for their annual Christmas Eve German Dinner. Like always, TONS of food! Some exciting news was announced by Drake and his girlfriend Alisha...they just got engaged! We're excited to have a new member of the Vincent Family!

We then headed home (just before the Christmas Blizzard hit!) where the boys got the cookies ready for Santa and the special food outside for the reindeer. Christmas morning present opening didn't start until around 8:00 (after waking Parker up!). The boys were very excited about all the presents they saw under the tree. Maddox was hoping he was good enough this year for presents! Maddox pretty much got everything 'Transformers' while Parker got everything 'Lightning McQueen'. Kensley got a few gifts and showed some interest, but for the most part, she basically slept through the whole morning. The boys' got so many presents, that I moved some of them to the storage room where I will bring them back up gradually so that they don't get overwhelmed. I meant to 'take it easy' this year on the gift giving!

We had a great Christmas, and I can't believe that it came and went already! Now it's time to welcome the new year!!

Lil' Ms. Kensley

Kensley is getting sooo big----11lbs. 9 oz (75th%) in fact, that I thought I would share some recent photo's of her...especially since some of her darling outfits that she has, she may only be able to wear once!
All swaddled up before going to bed

We just got back from her 8 week appointment, and the doctor couldn't believe how social she was already----smiling, cooing and trying to talk all the time! I can just see it now...I think we are going to have our hands full!

Visit from G-ma/G-pa "K"

Grandma/Grandpa "K" came up from St. George for a quick trip to bring the grandkids Christmas presents. Maddox and Logan had a school program that night which we all went to, and then everyone came back to our house for dinner. The grandkids then got to open a special present (new pajama's!)---Kensley even had matching pj's like her big brothers. It was a quick trip, but we had a fun night together!

Pajama Party

We had our annual Pajama Party with the Tedesco's on Saturday night. For the pajama party everyone has to dress up in (somewhat) matching christmas pajama's (sorry Scott!), eat LOTS of appetizers, try a new holiday drink (this years was a "Holiday Martini"---very yummy!), then load up on popcorn, coffee for the adults, and egg nog for the lil' guys and go drive around to look at Christmas lights. This year we decided to head to Thanksgiving Point. Though the wait was L-O-N-G since it was the Saturday before Christmas, the boys' enjoyed it. We then finish the night with a Christmas movie. This year we watched "Fred Claus"---basically the adults tried to watch as much as they can, while the kids ran around the house from a sugar high playing ninja. Kensley slept through most of it---next year she's going to have to try and keep up with her brothers and cousins (poor girl!). All in all, we all had a fun night!!

Celebrating Scott's birthday with Santa

Scott's birthday was last Saturday (Happy Birthday Hon!), and unfortunately his birthday fell on a busy Saturday right before Christmas. We had a busy day planned which mainly centered around 'the big guy' (no, not Scott). We started our morning off (in a blizzard mind you), with 'Breakfast with Santa' at Millenial Falls. Scott especially loved getting called up on stage with Santa (and some other birthday kids) for a birthday gift (a reindeer nose!). We then headed to Scott's office where one of "Santa's Helpers" was getting pictures with some patients and families. Lastly, to finish off our busy day, Scott and I went to Tuscany for a great italian dinner---without Santa!

Kensley's first photo shoot

"Are we done yet? I'm bored!"

A look of concern

So peaceful
Here are just a few of the many pictures of Kensley. She slept during most of the photo shoot except for the ones with all 3 of them, where she decided to scream! The Christmas card this year should be interesting...

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a great Thanksgiving with Scott's family this year! Scott's mom did a great job (like always)! Kensley got to meet some second cousins, as well as her great-grandpa Vincent. She pretty much slept through most of the dinner, and the boys were too busy playing that they didn't eat much of the meal, but did eat the pies very well! Thanksgiving morning Scott and 18 friends got together for his annual Turkey Bowl, and was sore for the remainder of the weekend. I was able to get most of the Christmas decorations done here at home as well as Scott's office. It's still hard to believe that Christmas is only a little over 3 weeks away!! We also were able to get some Christmas shopping done just the two of us while Scott's parents watched the boys for us! It's amazing how much you can get accomplished when you don't have kids with you! Here are some pictures taken on Thanksgiving...

Best Buds!

Here's some more pictures taken of the two boys! It's amazing how they can love each other so much and enjoy each other, and than the next minute will be fighting with each other!
